Marathon 2017

Here is your chance to take part in an electrifying marathon that spans Jerusalem's expansive breathtaking views. All this for a great cause: to raise funds for SHEKEL College sport, cultural and vocational programs, which provide hundreds of people who have disabilities, with the chance to integrate as vital equal members of Israeli society.

You can do it!

You can choose from a number of tracks: the 800 mtr. social community track; the 1.7 km family track; 5 km; 10 km; half marathon 21 km; full marathon 42 km.

The social community track is free, for all other tracks there is a 10% discount for "Run with SHEKEL" runners. Along with the registration discount, all participants will receive running T-shirts and other accessory gifts. 

A personal fundraising page will be opened for each runner, through which sponsors will be able to donate in the runner's name. It is up to each runner to set their own personal fundraising goal. We have set a minimum goal of 500 NIS and encourage higher goals!
